All-level dynamic hot power vinyasa power flow integrating breath, movement, and beats. Think Sweat n’ Flow with more pulses and holds allowing you to feel your muscles and body work through each pose within the sequence.

Sweat n’ Sculpt
Sculpt your way to toned arms, legs, and core with this unique combination of yoga asanas and strength training. This all-level dynamic hot vinyasa flow is a total body workout that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. Sweat n’ Release
A slower paced vinyasa flow, Sweat n’ Release keeps the sweat but focuses on deeper stretching beneath our infrared panels. Take in the candlelit atmosphere and upbeat music as we take you deeper into stretches for the primary muscle groups. This flow is suitable for all levels, and is especially targeted at anyone who craves a full body release.

Inside Flow
Inside flow is a movement practice that syncs breath, flow, and emotion to the rhythm and beat of music. Inspired by yoga, dance, and martial arts, you will be moving to specially curated sequences set to slow, fast, upbeat, or relaxing songs selected from all genres ranging from hip hop, pop, to electronic music.

Handstands
Learn the fundamentals of inversions, basic conditioning, and the safety of going upside down! Designed for both beginners and yogis ready to elevate their inversion practice, this class can give you the confidence to incorporate inversions into your flow practice. You will learn the basic skills to enter and exit handstands safely as well as building a strong foundation to achieve advanced postures. This class is not heated, making it accessible to practitioners of all levels. While a basic understanding of movement is recommended, everyone is welcome to join this session.
