Teaching Crew

Teaching style...
Playful and energetic. I love to get creative with my sequences, blending alignment-based instruction with strength and mobility training principles to challenge people to explore outside of their comfort zones.

About me...
I’m a Hongkonger, born and bred, with an affinity for travel to make up for having never lived anywhere else. I love to live spontaneously going with the flow and am always up for new experiences.

Why do I teach yoga?
I knew I wanted to become a yoga teacher when a few years into practicing I couldn’t help myself from unofficially teaching it to my friends. Since then, yoga has become more than a physical workout and a way for me to feel grounded when life gets crazy, so I want to help others too become their best selves through a healthy body and mind.

If I am not teaching yoga, you would find me...
Dancing at a music festival, on a stand-up paddleboard in the middle of the ocean, exploring old historical buildings, or planning my next holiday where I can do all of the above!

When I was little I wanted to be…
A circus performer! Growing up, I was always doing cartwheels down the hallway or stretching in a door frame for fun. It’s also the reason why acroyoga has become such a big part of my life since I discovered it over a decade ago.

What was life pre-yoga?
Before yoga, I worked in marketing communications in hospitality and as a community manager for a media agency respectively. In 2015 I was forced to make a choice between my job and my second yoga teacher training - and the rest is history!
